Thank you for choosing Cosmix Interstellar Designs. We strive to provide exceptional products and services to our customers.
Print-On-Demand
Most of our products are printed when the order is placed using "print-on-demand" services. This allows us to expand our resources on design development, and lower our over-head costs, as well as waste. This does mean we have longer fulfillment times than normal, averaging 7-11 days for most clothing items. {Times may vary dependant upon product ordered}
Please be patient with us, as we are a small operation.

Returns & Refunds
We are a small operation and can't offer refunds, {Limited exceptions}, However we will do our best to help any unsatisfied customer have a fulfilling shopping experience.
To ensure clarity and consistency, we have established the following no refunds policy:
1. General Policy
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for any products or services purchased from Cosmix Interstellar Designs, except as required by applicable law.
2. Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. This includes, but is not limited to:
• Downloadable products (e.g., e-books, software, templates)
• Digital subscriptions
• Membership fees
3. Physical Products
• Physical Merchandise creation
• Physical merchandise created through Printful (all)
• Physical Merchandise created through Art-Of-Where
• Handcrafted [or otherwise] products
4. Services
All sales of services are final. This includes, but is not limited to:
• Digital content creation
• Virtual events and workshops
• Online courses and webinars
If you are not satisfied with a service or product, please contact our customer service team to discuss your concerns. We will work with you to address any issues and ensure your satisfaction.
4. Cancellations
Once a purchase is made, it cannot be canceled. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
5. Technical Issues
If you experience technical issues with a product, please contact our customer service team within 30 days of purchase. We will make every effort to resolve the issue to ensure you the product is as intended.
